TOOLS REQUIRED:
Flat-head screwdriver or lug wrench with tapered end
Rubber mallet
Step 1: Use the proper tool to remove the old wheel cover.
Step 2: Thoroughly clean the steel wheel rim. For best results if necessary, paint the steel wheel rim black.
Step 3: Align the new wheel cover over the valve stem and tap the outer edge into place using a rubber mallet. The wheel cover will be secured when fully seated in the rim.
Step 4: This wheel cover is equipped with an adjustable retention ring. This ring can be placed in upper or lower notch located on each of the ring supports. This will increase tension to the proper level to ensure the best fit of the wheel cover. Use the upper groove for standard sized wheels, and use the lower groove to increase tension for bigger sized wheels.
